OFCE Sciences Po is organizing a joint Workshop with the Research Center for European Analysis and Policy on "(Missing) Productivity and the Growth Challenge". The workshop will be articulated around three round tables: on France, on Italy and on Europe. John Fernald (INSEAD) will give an invited lecture.
The objective of the workshop is to discuss the roots of the productivity slowdown (as certified among others by the Draghi Report) for Europe and especially for France and Italy, and to discuss possible policy action, both in the short run and with a longer time horizon.
